DESCRIPTION

The accommodation is on one level and comprises of a large front door leading to all ground floor rooms.

 

The spacious split-level living room has high quality furnishings including numerous comfortable sofas, coffee table and dining suite and storage cabinets.

 

There is an air-conditioning unit which can reverse for heating in low season.

 

Entertainment is provided here by way of a Satellite TV, a DVD Player and Hi-Fi system.

 

Picture windows to the front and side of the lounge area give magnificent views of the Tramuntana Mountain range and down to the coast.

A hallway from the living room leads to a separate modern fitted breakfast kitchen having a dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor fan.

 

From the hallway there is a large master double bedroom with En-Suite bathroom. 

 

There are three comfortable, light and airy twin bedrooms.

 

The master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms benefit from remote control air conditioning units. 

 

All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lights.

 

The three twin bedrooms share a superb family shower room.

The lounge has 4 comfy sofas, Satellite TV and DVD player, a music system; the lounge has picture windows which give gorgeous views of the Mountains.

 

The dining area has a glass dining table with seating for 6 people and a lovely mahogany cabinet and cupboard.

 

Kitchen

 

The fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob with an extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a dishwasher, there is also a breakfast table with seating for 4 people.

 

The washing machine is located in a separate utility room which is next to the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a comfy double bed, bedside tables and lamps, 3 wall lights, and armchair, fitted wardrobes and an En-Suite bathroom

 

All 3 twin bedroom have 2 single beds, a bedside table and lamp in between and fitted wardrobes.
