LOCATION
This Villa is conveniently situated between Pollensa old town and the Port, and also is only approximately 4 kilometres away from the scenic bays of Cala San Vicente
DESCRIPTION
This large Villa is a set on one level and consists of a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen/ dining area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom lovely spacious fully fitted bathroom and a shower room with walk-in shower.
The outside is surrounded by a pretty garden with a wide variety of flowers and plants, a large lawn area and there is also a BBQ near the pool.

The lounge has 2 comfy sofas and an armchair, a small solid wooden coffee table, TV and DVD player, a featured fireplace and patio doors with access to the terrace.
Kitchen/Dining Area
The fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with all amenities for those wanting a self-catering holiday, which includes a fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob with an extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and access to the terrace.
There is a separate utility room outside which houses the washing machine.

The double bedroom includes a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and an armchair.
The 1st twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet with a lamp in between and an armchair.
The 2nd twin bedroom includes 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with a lamp in between and fitted wardrobes.

The fully fitted bathroom consists of a bath, W.C, Bidet, Sink, a wall mirror with lights and a radiator.

Outside
The 9m x 4m private swimming pool in surrounded by a terrace and lawn area, the pool is accessed via ladders.
There is a covered terrace with a large built-in BBQ, include this with the covered terrace dining area and it is great for al fresco dining.
The sun loungers on the terrace are great for chilling out and there are some lovely Mountain.
The nearest town is 3km away, which includes a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, there is a supermarket 500 meters from the Villa, and the lovely sandy beach of 'Port de Pollensa' is 5km from the Villa.
So a car is recommended but not entirely essential.
